Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between identity and qualification verification?
Identity verification (£10.00) confirms you're a real person using government-issued ID (passport or driving licence). Qualification verification (£10.00 per certificate) has our team review your sailing certificates—RYA Day Skipper, Yachtmaster, etc. Both help build trust in the community, but they're separate and entirely optional.
Are payments secure?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.

Crew the Boat is not just a logbook. Pro includes 500+ theory questions designed to help you master your RYA theory. When you are investing in RYA training provider courses, Pro for mastery-based learning that ensures you walk into your exam confident is a worthwhile addition.
Is this an official RYA course?
No. Our theory content is additional study material to support your learning. You will still need to complete your formal training with an accredited RYA provider. We help you make sure you have genuinely mastered the material before exam day.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your logbook, profile, and all your data remain accessible forever on the free tier. You only lose access to the full theory courses, GPX imports, and PDF exports. Nothing is deleted.
